I do not recommend this company at alL. THE WORKING FOR AEG, the company AEG sends them to do a job and cancel the job and make you wait without send any cancelation.

Terrible service
Took out a D&G insurance to fix the washing machine. Respond were allocated as the repairer. Booked an appointment which was cancelled the day before, re-booked and the same thing. In 3 weeks I have had no visit so my washing machine is still faulty. It seems that Respond have no capacity in there system for engineers unable to fulfil there appointments. I have complained to D&G and cancelled the insurance. I now have a local company coming out the next day. Respond are a terrible company do not use them.
