Ardent Parking Stansted

Ardent parking may be the cheapest around Stansted airpot but BEWARE ... On arrival at the carpark it looked like a scrapyard, cars wedged in all over we were a little concerned but needed to get to the airport, we zeroed the odometer back and took down the milage and handed over the keys. On returning to the carpark the man did not know where our car was, after ten minutes he found it, I checked the milage and there was over 11 miles more on the clock the odometer confirm this, I asked the man why this was but he could not explain it to me. After him making several phone calls he put me on the phone to the owner of the company who was very rude and basically called me a liar, he said none of his drivers would ever use a car. On returning home later that day I received a phone call from Ardent Parking from one of their drivers saying he had taken my car by 'accident' and he would have the owner of the company phone me to apologise to me (still waiting) I dont want to even mention security!! I would never use this company again.
