Our policy is to be competitive and we do so whilst providing the service levels that are just right for you. Each quotation is tailor-made to suit both your requirements and budget.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bankers draft upto 7 days prior to the removal date.

Your Quotation
Once you have contacted us to prepare a quotation – you relax. One of our experienced Surveyors will visit your home by arrangement. Our Surveyor will need to be shown all areas of your home, including garages, outbuildings and gardens. This is essential to provide you with an accurate quotation. It is your responsibility to ensure that our Surveyor is in no doubt what is to be moved and what will stay behind. Your home and contents are precious to you so be sure to point out any items of value or that you have a sentimental attachment to, and we shall make a note of these. Special items such as grandfather clocks, pianos, paintings, etc. will probably required specialist packing prior to removal. Our Surveyor will advise you on this. Your Quotation will be sent to you via post or email confirming the details of your move and the cost of the service you have chosen. We telephone you a few days after sending you your Quotation to make sure it is accurate. If all this is acceptable all you need to is sign the Quotation Acceptance and return it to our offices and Careful Movers will get you moving.
