Our driver will meet you outside the departures area (the first part of the building) at the front of the airport terminal at the time specified when you made your booking and make himself/herself known to you. All our drivers carry a photo ID card should you further wish to check that you are handing your vehicle to the right person.

Our driver will check your vehicle in your presence and complete a simple condition report before taking the vehicle to our premises approximately 8 miles away.

On your return to Stansted your vehicle will be brought to the terminal shortly before you arrive. It will be parked in a convenient area in the short stay car park and this will be the only time that your vehicle will be in a public car park.

Due to airport and police regulations we are unable to bring your vehicle to the terminal front.

Your driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall and will be carrying our company name board. Once your identity has been confirmed our driver will guide you to your vehicle.

After you complete a vehicle return check our driver will authorise your car park exit ticket and wish you a pleasant onward journey.


Q. What if I am running late and will not get to Stansted at the time I have booked?
A. Please telephone 01279 850379 or 07771 820304 as soon as you are aware of the delay and we will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time. At peak times there may be a delay in being able to arrange for a driver to collect your vehicle.

Q. What if my flight is delayed on my return?
A. We monitor your flight and will be aware of the delay. Your driver will defer the transfer of your vehicle to the airport and be in the terminal for the new arrival time.

Q. What if I cannot find your driver in the terminal when I return?
A. Check that you are in the appropriate arrivals hall for your flight (domestic or international) where our driver will be identifiable by carrying a name board with Hallmark on it. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM YOUR ARRIVALS AREA AND DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. If you are unable to locate the driver after a reasonable time please telephone 07771 820304 or 01279 850379.

Q. What if I am delayed at baggage reclaim, customs, passport control or because of lost/damaged luggage after my flight lands?
A. Please telephone 07771 820304 or 01279 850379 so that we can advise your driver of the delay and ensure that he will be waiting for you.
