However, sports massage is not just for sports people; it is for anyone who desires a deep tissue massage. Orthotics are inserts that are placed into shoes to help correct deformity, improve function, or relieve symptoms that may be caused due to mal-alignment originating from foot problems, such as flat feet. Patients are also able to choose from a variety of different designs and types that will fit in football/rugby boots, sports shoes, gentlemen/slim shoes and high heels.
