We offer a fully managed payroll service. What does this mean?
you advise us the monthly pay and any overtime of your employees
Your employees net salary is calculated after Tax, NI and any other deductions to be made
Your employees payslips are prepared and posted directly to your employees or, sent to you for distribution.
Your Tax and National Insurance payments are advised to you for payment
Pension payments are calculated and advised to you
You are advised the entries to make into your accounts (if we are not your accountants/book-keepers)
reports are sent to you monthly
manage starters and leavers P46 – P45’s
run year end P35 and P14 on line filing automatically with the Inland revenue
issue P60’s to your employees
prepare P11D if required
