One to one personal training and coaching with highly experienced personal trainer. former Amateur boxing champion, core stability coach, speed sculpting specialist, sports massage therapist. 20 years experience and an extensive background in health and fitness, including the creation of Boxerobics and many media and celebrity appearances. I work with clients across all areas of health and fitness - particularly on weight loss, conditioning and toning programmes. Helped me get exercising - and keep going!

I was pretty overweight when I first contacted Paul, and I had also been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I'm not keen on going to a large gym so a personal trainer and private studio were perfect. Thanks to a regular programme and some diet advice I have shifted weight (about 20lbs and still more to go...) and got my blood pressure down.
