About Us

Brief description

Capio Orchard Lea, built in 1992 and extended in 2005, is on the historic Rivers site once famous for it's nursery and the development of many fruit trees and other fine specimens dating back to the days of Charles Darwin.

The village contains 22 purpose built apartments and bungalows designed for retirement living. It also contains a private restaurant providing a lunch time service seven days a week, together with a residents air conditioned lounge and beautiful landscaped gardens.
