This is a new basis as there has been a divide between Martial Arts and Aerobic teaching this combines the two giving oppotunity for all to widen their experience and teaching ability.
Services Offered:My service provides quality training in the arts of Aerobic Kickboxing,Yoga tone, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Martila Arts Work outs etc giving anyone the oppotunity to gain a regisitered qualification to teach these arts.
