These people are totally incompetent. We have spent most of two weeks on the phone to them several times daily (and got cut off almost every time). First they couldn't process our payment. Then despite their website saying delivery takes an average of 5.1 days they had us down for delivery two weeks later - but when we threatened to cancel the order they were miraculously able to make it arrive next day. Even then they nearly delivered to the wrong address, and didn't take away the old fridge despite us paying for removal. They are a bit cheaper than some other websites but it's really not worth the saving for the hours of your life you are going to have to spend sorting it out.

I have ordered from the Appliance Warehouse three times now! Very helpful sales people and great prices.
