Don't be next to get ripped off !
I've never dealt with a company this bad before ! We had to deal with them on a Proforma Invoice, cash upfront, and from then on their communication was terrible. When they finally did answer the phone, not very often regardless of how many times we called, all we got were excuses. They still haven't supplied the goods and it looks like the only way we will get our money back is by the legal route. Save yourself a lot of pain and avoid this company !
