1. Failed to notify council at nearly all check points during the build 2. Failed to install specific items requested for new builds. 3. Installed faulty and ineffective parts for passing building regulations Then charged again to install working part. These 'new' parts failed again 6 months later. 4. Fitted such inferior boiler - had to be replaced after a year.His plumbers had used metal cylinders for external venting - which had rusted and was coming back into the central heating system.
