  I would like to thank your staff for the very positive experience I received at your surgery today; the practice was bright, and clean and the reception staff welcoming. I was extremely nervous about having my extraction and my fears were allayed by the kind-hearted professional manner of both the dental nurse and dental surgeon who explained things clearly and chatted to me throughout the procedure. • A Patient for 30+ years but NEVER again

  I used the same dentist here for 30 years. He was brilliant. But he retired and since then this practice has gone from bad to worse. I have never seen the same dentist twice. I never get a clean and polish. Suddenly, I'm being referred to the hygenist to do work the dentist should be doing - although I'm skeptical about that. The receptionists are rude and have got my appointments wrong. Just plain bad! I've visited this surgery every 6 months for 35 years, but NEVER again. The quality of service has become very poor.

• A rip-off!

  I've booked in for a clean and polish with Dr. Goli, he looked at my teeth for 2 seconds and told me I should see a hygienist and I can make an appointment at the reception. Then I was charged £15.90 for a so called 'check-up', that's a rip-off! 2 mins conversation, didn't give me the clean and polish I booked for and charged me £15.90 for a check-up fee, I will never go back there again! p.s. They also mixed up my record with another patient last year and our history records were all mixed up!
