After Sales Service
I contacted Mr Parrott in May 2007 about my settees which are beginning to wear. He failed to turn up twice. He then ignored my calls - the calls would go straight to answerphone (he has obviously got caller display) the same thing happened about a year ago when I had to contact him. I then wrote to him sending one recorded delivery.I had two letters returned marked 'gone away'although the same addresses are still showing on the internet. One is Unit C 259 Coggeshall Road and the other is albemarle Road, both in Braintree. The Telephone number is 01376 552636
