usually great, but not today!

Normally, I love Cafe Mio. Today though, I bought a coffee in a caked-on, coffee-stained mug. I mentioned it to a member of staff, who said "Coffee stains are really hard to get out", which is another way of saying "We couldn't be bothered to try and get them out, so we gave you a dirty cup". I then asked for a clean one to pour my coffee into, which I was given. This one, however, had only just been washed but clearly not rinsed properly, and I couldn't finish the coffee because it tasted of washing-up liquid.There's a Cafe Mio where I live in Epping too, and problems such as this never arise there.

Frothy coffee !

Lovely little Independant coffee shop, does cakes and sandwiches. Support the independants!
