If going for highlights: a waste of money
The customer care is good and the staff are pleasant. However I have had my hair coloured there twice and each time the colour has washed out after two washes; within a week of having it done five weeks of growth becomes visible. It is inconvenient and seems a complete waste of money. I have had exactly the same thing done at different salons and the colour has lasted perfectly. Therefore there must be a problem specific to Mack. For this reason I would recommend getting your highlights done elsewhere.
