  The anecdote reported by David J does not reflect what actually happened, his Bosch Dishwasher was repaired with a new circulation pump and the machine then developed a new fault 3 months later. David J then refused to accept that an additional repair was required and refused to pay for such repair. I have since heard from a separate contractor that David J is known for making these threats and false allegations to intimidate small independent traders into carrying out work free of charge. His comments are malicious and unfounded. OTHER TRADERS BEWARE.

• Cooker

  We purchased a reconditioned cooker from these guys and it had an intermittent fault. I called and they came out at the ealiest time for us and they could not find the fault. Eventually they came out and replaced the cooker although it was well out of warrenty by this time just beofre christmas. They were helpful, the engineers were friendly and I would definately recommend them to anyone!

• Beware - scrap parts used from old appliances

  Beware - we were sold a new pump for a Bosch Dishwasher and later told that it had been repaired. After 5 visits problems got worse including kitchen flooding. We were told we had a 3 month warranty but the aggresive MD refused to honour the warranty. Had the repair carried out by another company and it has been fine ever since. On visiting the premises and worshop we found a scrap yard of old appliances which appeared to be being used for spare parts. Disgusting service
