dont use this company!!!!
I used this company to purchase an endowment policy - i eventually complained about this - after a huge delay and catalogue of unreplied to or misfiled letter, unreturned phone calls and unacknowledged emails I eventually had to complain to the financial services ombudsman. Do not use this company - they are incompetent, inefficient and unsympathetic.
