  I was a first time buyer so found it all overwelming but Brian explained everything to me clearly and was at the end of the phone when ever I needed him. The Partnership kept me up to date with my progress throughout. I'd say it was money well spent and a huge Thank You to Brian and Sue.

• Excellent Service

  We just wanted to say a big thanks to Brian and Sue for all their help in re-mortgaging us. We will save a substantial amount of money each month! The whole application process was considerably facilitated and sped up - and we were kept up to date of every single step along the way via their new computerised system. Great job - we would definitely recommend The Mortgage Desk to anybody!

• Fantastic service, friendly and honest advice

  Brian was recommended to me by a member of my family. He made the whole mortgage application process flow so smoothly and talked me through every single stage.   I first met Brian a couple of years a go when I was inquiring about a mortgage. He was recommended by a friend. I found him to be very informative and helpful, as well as very honest. I decided to apply for a mortgage on my own earlier this year and had a lot of difficulty dealing with the banks, basically I was told that I did not qualify. I then contacted Brian who was only too happy to take up my case, he found me a range of products, spoke directly to the banks, and secured a mortgage for me. Throughout the process, I found Brian very professional, friendly and his service was first class. I would highly recommend Brian, and would not hesitate to contact him in the future.

• Efficient and Friendly

  The company was recommended to me by a friend who had dealt with them in the past. I first contacted them 3 years ago for help in getting a better mortgage and have used them twice since then for help on other matters. It's refreshing to find someone who doesn't waffle and talks in plain English. If you ask a question you know it'll be answered soon. You tell them what your parameters are and they'll come back with a good selection. Both Brian and Sue are efficient and friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

• What you need

  I have been using Brian Brotherton for mortgage and other financial advice for 5 years now and have been very happy with the service he provides. He comes to visit me in my office, shows me the various options I have, answers my questions, and sorts out my tax return, a Godsend !

• Practical, no-nonsense advice

  I have used the Mortgage Desk for a number of years and have always been impressed by their down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach. They get the job done with a minimum of fuss, and work very hard to ensure that a mortgage deal seen is a mortgage deal secured. Highly recommended.
