We have ordered four seat cushions for our garden recliner chairs from this garden centre by phone. They took the money of our visa credit card and said it takes around 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, having received nothing, we phoned them and they wanted to check what happened to our order and then ring us back - nothing happened. After another 2 days we phoned again and confirmed our address and contact details - again, they wanted to check and ring back in 15 minutes - nothing. After another 2 days, we phoned again, same procedure and again no ring back with update on our order. Now over 6 weeks have passed and we still haven't received the cushions nor did we get any updates whatsoever on where our order is. We then sent them an email asking to be refunded (£120). Nothing, no reply! These people have decided to play 'dead' . Ok guys, that's it! We just phone up Visa and withdraw our money. What an appalling customer service!
